We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Project Coordinator to support our IT project management team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth communication between cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects
• Coordinate with internal teams (developers, designers, QA) to ensure timely task completion
• Track project progress and update status reports regularly
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting notes
• Schedule and participate in meetings, preparing MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
• Identify and escalate potential risks or delays in project timelines
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
• Support communication between stakeholders and project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6months–2 years of experience in project coordination or similar role
• Basic understanding of IT project lifecycle and methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.) is a plus
