Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team in Vadodara as Customer Support Analysts. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional support.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email.
· Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer issues.
· Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams.
· Maintain customer records and document interactions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
· Adhere to internal processes and SLAs.
Requirements
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a team and handle pressure situations.
· Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
· Basic understanding of customer service tools and CRM systems is a plus.
· Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
