Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor

In this role, you will supervise warehouse employees and oversee the daily operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting and monitoring the unloading of consignments
• Checking and inspecting consignment invoices and documents
• Assigning data entry tasks to juniors and new joiners
• Ensuring proper use of ERP systems
• Receiving materials from line haul or delivery trucks and ensuring correct receipt
• Scheduling urgent consignments on priority
• Receiving, processing, and organizing consignments and deliveries
• Inspecting goods to be delivered to ensure the right quantity and quality
• Supervising the loading of goods into vehicles for delivery
• Communicating with drivers for faster delivery
• Identifying process bottlenecks and suggesting solutions
• Reporting any missing or damaged shipments
• Keeping a record of all consignments
• Coordinating with the Sales and Marketing team to provide excellent customer support
• Setting up layout and ensuring efficient space utilization
• Maintaining the warehouse area neat, clean, and sanitized

Additionally, the company offers benefits such as Provident Fund, a yearly bonus, and the job type is full-time, permanent with a salary range of 16,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month. The work location is in person and may include night shifts.

• Total work experience: 1 year (preferred)
