Does that sound like you?</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>As an HRA Operations Associate at Vitable, you'll serve as both a licensed insurance agent and a member experience specialist — helping members navigate their ICHRA/HRA insurance options, benefits enrollment, and Vitable care. This is a weekend-inclusive, full-time remote role ideal for someone who brings insurance expertise, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to member service.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Provide high-quality member support via phone, email, and chat (5 days/week including weekends)</li><li>Assist members with insurance education, eligibility, and enrollment — including ICHRA and HRA plan details and ACA marketplace options</li><li>Submit insurance applications to carriers and own cases through approval</li><li>Answer benefit-specific questions and troubleshoot carrier or cross-functional issues</li><li>Help members navigate the healthcare system and understand their coverage</li><li>Coordinate resources for members needing services outside Vitable's scope</li><li>Identify and escalate recurring issues to improve the member experience</li></ul><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Active health insurance license required (or willingness to obtain one)</li><li>2+ years of experience in customer support, member services, or insurance operations</li><li>Familiarity with ICHRA, HRA, or ACA marketplace plans strongly preferred</li><li>Empathetic, confident communicator — especially on the phone</li><li>Availability to work 5 days/week including weekends (required)</li><li>Experience with HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar tools a plus</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits & Perks</strong></p><ul><li>100% Silver Plan + Full Medical Coverage</li><li>Dental and Vision Coverage</li><li>401(k) and Life Insurance</li><li>Access to Vitable's Primary Care membership</li></ul><p><em>Vitable Health is an equal opportunity employer.
