Job Position- Operations Manager- QSR

Location: Fully Remote (India)

Pay: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Shift: U.S. time zone (CST) (Night Shift in IST)

Job Overview

Vishram Management Group is looking for a dedicated operation Manager to join our team in the food service industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our multiple restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food production, and a positive dining experience for our guests. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in managing staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness within the establishment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee operations across multiple QSR outlets (Subway, Baskin Robbins, etc.)
• Ensure store managers and staff meet performance and operational standards
• Monitor productivity through reports, systems, and CCTV audits
• Follow up on missed tasks, enforce accountability, and maintain discipline
• Plan and execute promotions to drive sales and customer footfall
• Track and improve key metrics: sales, repeat business, and ticket size
• Monitor labor and food costs to ensure profitability
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions
• Oversee daily store operations and resolve issues in real time
• Maintain and analyze daily reports (sales, labor, refunds, online orders)
• Manage delivery platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats) for accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct remote audits to ensure SOP, hygiene, and compliance standards
• Support payroll validation and optimize staff scheduling
• Monitor customer reviews and ensure timely issue resolution
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and maintaining adequate store staffing

Skills

• Proven experience in restaurant management with expertise in banquet services, food management, supervising staff, inventory control, and food production.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on staff training, customer service excellence, and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Proficiency in managing quick-service fast-food restaurant operations is a plus.

Candidate Requirements

• Mandatory experience in QSR (quick service restaurant)
• Experience with brands like Subway, Baskin Robbins, McDonald’s, Domino’s or similar preferred
• Understanding of store operations, labor control, and food cost
• Ability to manage and follow up with teams remotely
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in U.S. time zone (CST)
