Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients in a warm and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries promptly
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using booking systems
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality
• Coordinate with providers and staff to ensure efficient workflow
• Keep the front desk and reception area clean and organized
• Promote services, memberships, and retail products when appropriate
• Handle client concerns or complaints with professionalism

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role (medical spa or healthcare preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Sales experience is a plus
