A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Specialist for a 3-6 month contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with regulations
Partner with claims adjusters and medical providers for effective case management
Analyze claims data and generate reports to identify trends and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in workers' compensation claims management
Working knowledge of leave of absence and ADA administration
Strong understanding of state and federal workers' compensation regulations
Experience working with HRIS systems
High School Diploma or GED required
