Guide new customers through onboarding and drive engagement and adoption of products
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Customer Success
Strong understanding of the K12 education competitive landscape
Excellent business development and negotiating skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals and targets
Experience in a SaaS education company is a bonus
