Job Description

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager III to manage customer relationships and drive successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of customers, developing strategic relationships and executing impactful strategies

Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their journey, identifying and addressing risks and opportunities for upselling

Guide new customers through onboarding and drive engagement and adoption of products

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Customer Success

Strong understanding of the K12 education competitive landscape

Excellent business development and negotiating skills

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals and targets

Experience in a SaaS education company is a bonus
