Job Description
A company is looking for a UI / UX Designer to support their ongoing Federal program remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Design and conduct user research following design thinking processes
Convert research findings and user needs into actionable tasks and develop user interfaces from wireframes to prototypes
Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the design process and maintain design systems and user-interface patterns
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Design, or related discipline, or equivalent experience (2-4 years)
Portfolio demonstrating research and UX / UI design skills
Experience with Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Design Suite, or similar design software
Knowledge of human-computer interaction, usability design principles, and responsive web design techniques
Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, Section 508, and WCAG compliance
