Project Manager – HRMS Implementation Location: Chennai / Delhi Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) Experience: 10+ Years Role Summary We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end HRMS implementation projects .

This role involves driving successful delivery of HR technology solutions by collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to enhance business operations and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end HRMS/HRIS implementations within scope, timeline, and budget Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and define project plans Analyze HR processes and recommend optimized system-driven solutions Manage configuration, customization, data migration, integrations, and UAT Handle project risks, issues, and change management Provide functional expertise across payroll, recruitment, performance management, and HR lifecycle Coordinate with HR, IT, vendors, and leadership teams Prepare project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder updates Required Skills &

Experience Proven experience in HRMS/HRIS implementation projects Strong understanding of core HR processes (Payroll, Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Lifecycle) Experience with platforms like SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM, Workday, or similar Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Education Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field Interested & Qualified candidates can directly share their resume to - Ebenezer.p@stancosolutions.com
