Technical Product Management Director

A company is looking for a Director of Technical Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

Drive technical product strategy and vision, creating objectives and roadmaps

Lead change management for the development and lifecycle of AI bots in voice and digital channels

Act as a hands-on technical product leader, contributing to discovery, solution design, and backlog refinement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

Experience with omnichannel customer experiences, including contact center and CRM integration

Experience working with engineering, operations, security, and business product teams in a matrixed environment

Familiarity with call center operational metrics and their influence on product decisions

Proven ability to adapt and influence in complex environments to achieve outcomes
