A company is looking for a Staff Data Scientist, Graph ML.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and application of graph ML and network biology approaches for drug target discovery

Prototype new methods to enhance the graph platform and identify new scientific opportunities

Collaborate with engineers to ensure integration of graph methodologies and develop generalizable solutions

Required Qualifications

MS or PhD in a quantitative field with experience in machine learning and graph analytics

Experience in healthcare, molecular biology, or computational biology

Advanced knowledge of graph ML techniques and related explainability methods

Strong experience in Python and machine learning frameworks, with familiarity in graph algorithms

Experience with data science best practices and large-scale data analytics engines
