Point of Sale Analyst

A company is looking for a Point of Sale and Chargeback Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize analytical thinking to review chargebacks and sales tracings data

Manage operational relationships with distributors and oversee end-to-end POS and chargeback processes

Implement solutions to improve data quality and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher with four years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma / GED with seven years of relevant experience

Minimum of three years of experience managing relationships with large distributors in the medical industry

Green Belt certification and experience with LEAN methodologies

Knowledge of pricing discrepancies, chargeback claims resolution, and order management systems

Experience with SAP / Vistex, Salesforce, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
