Key Responsibilities :
Identify and prioritize target accounts and decision-makers aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns with a strong focus on personalization
Qualify leads and convert them into booked meetings for the Sales team
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development in B2B
Proven track record of generating leads and booking meetings through outbound efforts
Hands-on experience with cold outreach across multiple channels
Solid understanding of the US market and business communication standards
Experience using tools such as CRM systems and outreach platforms
