Job Description
A company is looking for a Junior System Administrator (Consumer Direct Platforms). Key Responsibilities Administer and support critical SaaS platforms, ensuring system availability, performance, and reliability Manage end-to-end user lifecycle processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, and permission auditing Monitor and triage incoming support tickets; perform root cause analysis and resolve Tier 1/Tier 2 system issues Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of hands-on CRM administration experience within the mortgage industry Working knowledge of SaaS application administration, including user management and workflow configurations Experience with ticketing systems or similar project management tools Basic understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data synchronization between platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for reporting and data analysis
