Junior Growth Marketing Manager

A company is looking for a Junior UA / Growth Manager to join their Marketing / Growth team.

Key Responsibilities :

Execute day-to-day user acquisition campaigns across key paid channels

Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns to drive measurable outcomes

Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations to senior team members

Required Qualifications :

2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Growth Marketing

Hands-on experience managing campaigns across major advertising platforms

Working knowledge of performance metrics in B2B and B2C contexts

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and performance tracking

Ability to work collaboratively across creative, sales, and product teams
