Entry-Level In-House Counsel

A company is looking for an In House Counsel to support a growing healthcare-focused software organization in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and negotiate various business agreements

Oversee agreements throughout the full contract process and monitor important dates

Research legal and regulatory issues affecting the organization, particularly in healthcare and privacy

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

At least 1 year of relevant legal experience, preferably in commercial contracting

Knowledge of commercial law principles and interest in healthcare and data privacy issues

Interest in moving into an in-house legal role within a technology-driven organization

Organized approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote work environment
