Healthcare Compliance Officer

Leading enterprise compliance and privacy initiatives, the remote Head of Enterprise Compliance & Privacy will manage compliance strategy, build and scale programs across various operations, and advise the executive team while fostering a culture of compliance within the organization. Key responsibilities Build and scale compliance and privacy programs across clinical operations, telehealth, and strategic initiatives Advise the executive team on compliance integration into key decisions and expansion efforts Represent the organization in audits and regulatory interactions, ensuring adherence to complex regulations Required qualifications 10+ years of healthcare compliance leadership experience in complex, regulated environments Proven track record in defining and executing compliance strategies aligned with growth and risk management Deep expertise in federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and Medicare Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred
