Job Description

To support a multi-entity health system, the full-time remote Certified Compensation Manager will design, administer, and improve compensation programs while collaborating with HR, Finance, and operational leaders to ensure competitive and compliant pay practices. Key responsibilities Manage system-wide compensation programs, including base pay structures and incentive plans Lead job evaluation and market pricing activities for various roles within the health system Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations and support internal controls and audits Required qualifications Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or SPHR certification Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, preferably in a health system or large organization Strong knowledge of healthcare labor markets and compensation governance Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
