A company is looking for a GTM Ops Manager for a new vertical.
Key Responsibilities
Own the go-to-market number for a new vertical, defining the funnel and driving the team to meet targets
Build the sales playbook from scratch, including ICP, messaging, and sales processes
Manage external vendors and agencies, ensuring accountability for pipeline outcomes
Required Qualifications
6+ years of GTM experience, including 2+ years running a sales team or full GTM motion
Experience launching a new vertical or product and building the associated playbook
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data-driven decision making
Track record of hiring and ramping AEs and XDRs quickly in a high-growth environment
Experience managing agencies and external vendors effectively
