Key Responsibilities
Lead and evolve the visual identity and design systems across the brands
Ensure consistent and unified visual experiences across all customer touchpoints
Translate brand strategy into clear, scalable creative execution for campaigns and marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
8 - 10+ years of creative experience, including leadership roles within high-growth DTC or CPG brands
Proven experience leading visual creative across DTC and retail environments
Strong hands-on design background with a portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual identity and campaign creative
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Experience working within a CPG or product-based brand
