A company is looking for a Compensation Manager to support compensation and benefits programs across Europe. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for compensation policies and procedures within Europe Lead market research and conduct reviews of the compensation framework, providing recommendations for compensation levels Manage year-end compensation planning processes, including salary reviews and incentive calculations Required Qualifications Advanced education/degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field 5-7 years of compensation experience in a medium-to-large global company Strong knowledge of HR and compensation legislation and practices within Europe Deep understanding of job architecture, grading, and benchmarking processes Prior experience with a Human Capital Management System (HCMS); SAP preferred
