Key Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and develop a team of Ad Network CSMs while ensuring high standards for client communication and revenue accountability
Carry a personal revenue number and develop account strategies to drive retention, renewals, and upsells
Build training materials and processes for the CSM team, leveraging technology and data to enhance productivity
Required Qualifications
6+ years in digital advertising, ad sales, or a related field
2+ years of team management experience with a proven track record of performance improvement
Startup experience preferred, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness
Technical proficiency to independently create solutions and understand product capabilities
Ability to thrive in a hybrid role that combines customer success with commercial impact
