Job Description

A Technical Helpdesk Analyst is a critical role within our organization at virtual-vocations-inc. This position involves providing top-notch technical support to customers who have escalated their issues or encountered bugs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing service requests, alerts, issues, and incidents through the use of tickets. Additionally, they will need to coordinate with application support staff as well as work closely with Level 2 and 3 support personnel to resolve problems efficiently.

  • Must possess solid working knowledge of Linux (command line)
  • Intermediate knowledge of networking concepts and commands required

Candidates should have prior experience in a technical helpdesk role (minimum 3 years). An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar technical field is also desirable along with relevant work experience equivalent thereto.
