Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst. Key Responsibilities Document current-state processes and identify pain points to create Salesforce requirements Lead discovery activities and translate business needs into actionable user stories Analyze sales performance data and build dashboards to track KPIs and ROI Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a Sales Operations Analyst or similar role Salesforce experience is required; administrator experience preferred Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets with strong analytical abilities Solid understanding of sales processes and experience supporting multiple sales teams Working knowledge of SQL or similar querying/programming languages is preferred
