Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and strategy for sales incentive compensation plans, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market data

Oversee the administration of sales compensation, including data integrity, calculations, and compliance

Generate compensation reports and conduct audits to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of compensation plans

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

8+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Finance, or Sales Operations

5+ years of experience in designing and administering complex sales commission plans in the high-tech industry

Proven expertise with sales performance management (SPM) software
