A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Account Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Technical Account Managers to support strategic payer partners and drive customer success outcomes

Oversee technical onboarding, integrations, issue resolution, and ongoing account health while fostering strong client relationships

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align technical solutions with customer business objectives and ensure quality standards are met

Required Qualifications

Proven experience leading or mentoring customer-facing technical or account management teams

Strong background in healthcare technology, particularly with payers and providers

Demonstrated ability to manage complex, enterprise-level customer relationships

Technical fluency to guide teams through onboarding, integrations, and issue resolution

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field, preferably healthcare or technology focused
