Senior Manager, Technical Account Management

A strategic leader is sought to manage a team of Technical Account Managers, driving success for key payer partners. Key responsibilities include leading and developing the team, overseeing technical onboarding, integrations, issue resolution and account health while building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technical Account Managers to support strategic payer partners.
• Oversight of technical onboarding, integrations and ongoing account health.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering Sales to align solutions with customer objectives ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in leading or mentoring customer-facing teams is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferably healthcare technology focused preferred but not required if equivalent professional experience can be demonstrated.
