A company is looking for a Senior Learning and Development Specialist focused on Safety and Compliance Training Experience, working remotely. Key Responsibilities Consults with customers to determine appropriate solutions for business needs Conducts needs analysis to identify performance and engagement objectives Designs, develops, and implements effective learning solutions, including eLearning and instructor-led classes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise Demonstrated instructional design experience, particularly in safety and compliance training Ability to manage and incorporate feedback while meeting deadlines and quality standards
