Senior IAM Automation Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Automation Engineer to lead the design and implementation of IAM automation solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and automation of IAM workflows and system integrations across various environments Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and provisioning while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Assess the IAM environment to identify gaps and implement automated solutions to enhance security Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in identity and access management 5 years of experience in Access Management roles with systems administration expertise At least one relevant certification such as CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate Experience with IAM platforms like Azure AD, Okta, and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
