Remote Customer Success Supervisor

A company is looking for a Remote Supervisor, Customer Success. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily Customer Success operations, including case assignment and productivity metrics Supervise Customer Success Specialists and ensure team performance management Partner with various departments to resolve escalations and drive continuous improvement Required Qualifications 3+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare insurance plan 2+ years of supervisory experience in a call center or service recovery environment Strong knowledge of Medicare Managed Care High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI
