Real Estate Transaction Attorney

A company is looking for a Real Estate Transaction Attorney to manage complex real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements and leases Support acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of large-scale land assets across multiple jurisdictions Review title reports and assist with title curative matters while collaborating with internal teams Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 5+ years of experience in real estate transactions, preferably with large land portfolios or REITs Strong experience with leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, and title/survey review Ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with renewable energy, timberland, or mineral rights preferred
