Plant Manager

A company is looking for a Plant Manager to oversee manufacturing, engineering, and production activities in a single plant.

Key Responsibilities

Implements lean manufacturing concepts to improve plant performance

Manages production plans, tracks progress, and takes corrective actions as needed

Forecasts production needs and contributes to annual budget preparation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 10 or more years of relevant experience

Experience with manufacturing plant start-up and project management preferred

Plastics industry experience is a plus
