A company is looking for a Specialty Clinical Pharmacist to manage patients prescribed specialty medications and coordinate patient care within the clinical team. Key Responsibilities Manage pharmaceutical care by interpreting prescriptions and ensuring accurate dispensing Provide drug and clinical information to healthcare professionals and assist patients with compliance Identify patients at risk for therapy non-compliance and create plans to address their needs Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy Minimum of 1 year of related work experience Licensed Pharmacist in Pennsylvania within 90 days of hire Experience in clinical practice and understanding of healthcare insurance procedures Ability to provide training and orientation to pharmacy personnel
