Partnerships Manager

A company is looking for a Partnerships Manager to architect and scale its strategic partnerships engine. Key Responsibilities Own and scale strategic partnerships from sourcing to long-term growth Build partner playbooks and enablement assets to drive adoption Manage the partnerships lifecycle and ensure effective partner training Required Qualifications 4 to 8 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or business development Strong understanding of financial institutions' software evaluation and implementation Experience managing pipeline and partner activity in HubSpot or similar CRM Strong operational skills to manage complex projects and align stakeholders Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities effectively
