Key Responsibilities Assist with assessments of needs and co-create solutions Implement initiatives to support workflow design, change, and cultural adaptations Plan and facilitate learning workshops to enhance understanding of work design and change navigation Required Qualifications Experience with organizational change and technology adoption Exposure to work design principles and workflow improvement tools Experience managing small projects independently Comfortable facilitating meetings with executive leaders and teams Basic understanding of instructional design
