We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365/SharePoint Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Microsoft 365 environment.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues for end users in Teams, SharePoint, and the MS 365 environment with minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with Help Desk and IT teams to address incidents and service requests promptly ensuring seamless user experience.
