Microsoft 365 Administrator

A critical role has opened at Virtual Vocations Inc for a Microsoft 365/SharePoint Administrator to oversee and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in Teams, SharePoint, and MS 365
• Collaborate with internal teams to address incidents and service requests

Maintain accurate documentation of M365 tools while delivering training sessions on their effective use. A strong understanding of security best practices is essential for this position.
