A company is looking for a Lead Customer Insights Analyst to execute research strategies and analyze customer data to improve health outcomes. Key Responsibilities Review research needs with stakeholders and lead proactive identification Execute research strategies for major initiatives, ensuring alignment with the customer journey Manage intake and resource planning for new research requests and mentor Customer Insights Analysts Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Market Research, Analytics, Computer/Data Science, Statistics, or related field 6 years of relevant experience in research and analysis Advanced proficiency in Qualtrics, Clarabridge, Tableau, and/or Power BI Experience with Care Connects, OMNI, Calabrio, and AWS Connect Ability to assist in candidate recruiting and mentoring of team members
