IT Operations Engineer

A company is looking for an IT Operations Engineer (Hybrid, Bucharest).

Key Responsibilities

Deliver effective IT support across all business functions and manage Incident, Problem, and Service Request processes

Provide escalation support for junior technicians and create Problem tickets to identify root causes

Assist with special projects and maintain regional stock levels of IT equipment

Required Qualifications

Certified knowledge of Mac and PC OS environments

Experience with Intune, Entra AD, OnPrem AD, and JAMF

Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues

Understanding of network configuration and issues

Proven project management experience, including planning and resource allocation
