Insurance Specialist

A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist (Remote) to manage insurance processing errors and billing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage claims inventory to reduce outstanding accounts receivable

Gather and update patient information, including financial responsibility and sources of payment

Provide customer service and respond to inquiries regarding benefits, billing, and claims

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

2+ years of Denials Management experience

2+ years of Medical Billing/Follow-up experience

Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payors

Proficiency with PC-based applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
