A company is looking for Help Desk Technicians for the overnight shift. Key Responsibilities Manage technical issues via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams during overnight hours Monitor, create, and resolve support tickets using ServiceNow Provide hardware and device support for laptops, desktops, and Chromebooks, including specialized equipment Required Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a Help Desk or similar technical support role Strong knowledge of Windows OS, ChromeOS, and Microsoft Office Experience with ServiceNow for ticket management and familiarity with Microsoft Intune Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues, including Zebra printers and handheld scanners Self-motivated and accountable, especially during graveyard hours
