A company is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting operations in a fully remote role. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records for multiple companies, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and journal entries Process accounting transactions and reconcile bank accounts and general ledger activity Prepare and reconcile filings such as 1099/1096 forms and payroll tax filings Required Qualifications Associate's degree in Accounting 5+ years of accounting or financial administration experience Advanced experience with QuickBooks Desktop and payroll systems Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
