A company is looking for a Senior Director, Business Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and manage a team of marketers to generate Mid-Market and Enterprise sales opportunities
• Develop and implement the strategy for the growth marketing program, including channel selection and budget allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch integrated campaigns and measure their impact on sales

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Demand Generation or Growth Marketing leadership, preferably in a media or SaaS environment
• Expertise in modern Demand Generation tactics and technologies
• Experience in hiring and managing marketing talent
• Familiarity with experiment design and A/B testing
• Strong organizational skills and leadership principles
