A company is looking for a D365 CRM & Power Automate Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Automate

Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and governance for automation processes

Train internal power users and facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure sustainable adoption

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in building Power Automate solutions

Experience with activating modules and enhancing D365 CRM workflows

Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central and ERP integrations

Proven ability to create clear SOP documentation

Experience working independently in a mid-market manufacturing environment
