A company is looking for a Corporate Attorney specializing in Venture Capital Financing for a remote contract engagement. Key Responsibilities Represent startup and high-growth companies in capital raising transactions from seed rounds through VC financing Draft and review term sheets, stock purchase agreements, shareholder and investor rights agreements, and convertible bridge notes Work collaboratively with corporate legal teams and clients in various industries Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in venture capital financing and representing startup companies Prior experience in the corporate practice group of a large firm or sophisticated boutique is preferred Excellent academic credentials Outstanding references Licensed to practice law and in good standing
