Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed analysis to investigate claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies Create reservation of rights and coverage denial letters, negotiating settlements with involved parties Coach and mentor lower-level adjusters while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations Required Qualifications High school diploma 10 or more years of related claims experience with a proven track record at a senior adjuster level Active adjusters' licenses in relevant states, with the ability to obtain additional licenses as needed Knowledge of industry standards and practices Experience with claims and business software
