CMA/RMA Patient Care Advocate

A company is looking for a Patient Care Advocate - RMA/CMA. Key Responsibilities Review medical records and coordinate healthcare services and referrals for assigned patients Complete forms and provide medical documentation to support services Ensure coordination of patient care and flow of information through effective communication and documentation Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High school diploma or GED equivalent Must possess a CMA or RMA certification from a recognized national organization Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Experience with answering phones and utilizing electronic messaging
