Bilingual Service Desk Technician

A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician - Bilingual Spanish/English (TIER 1). Key Responsibilities Provide support via phone, e-mail, and chat for PC hardware and software applications Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Operating Systems and Office products Utilize Active Directory to reset passwords and assist with network printer configurations Required Qualifications Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field 1 year of experience in a call center or service desk environment Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, and Office 365 Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
