Associate Technical Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Varicent solutions health and performance across a portfolio of VIP customers, collaborating with TAMs and internal teams as needed.
• Counsel users on foundational Varicent functionality, configuration concepts, and best-practice methodologies to drive adoption and efficiency.
• No less than 5 years' experience in IT consulting or enterprise software implementation.
• Prior experience with query-based languages (e.g., SQL) and relational databases is essential for this role.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong technical data skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization."}
